Yes, family members can carry the coffin. Please contact us in advance to ensure it is safe to do so. Alternatively, the family can use a wheel bier for a dignified journey into the Chapel.

Yes, our Funeral Home is open to you at any time. Please call us to arrange a visit to our private chapel, and we will have a staff member meet you.

Yes, we can bring the deceased home before the service or on the morning of the service so that they can leave from home.

Yes, you can choose specific music for the Crematorium Chapel. Inform the Funeral Director as soon as possible. Note that only original recordings are allowed due to copyright laws, but personal family recordings can be used. Please confirm your music choices 48 hours before the funeral.

Yes, if you prefer donations to charity instead of flowers, we will collect and list the donations on your behalf and then pass them on to the family

No, the coffin remains in place until all relatives and friends have left the Crematorium Chapel. Curtains may close at the head of the coffin, but only at the relatives' request.

Yes, each cremation is performed individually. The identity of the coffin is verified by the Crematorium Attendant before being placed in the Cremation Chamber, which holds only one coffin or casket at a time.

Yes, after cremation, the remains are placed in a temporary vessel, clearly identified. We can assist with transferring ashes to an urn or casket if needed.

1. Place them in a Garden of Remembrance (specific locations may not allow headstones).
2. Purchase a grave for interring the remains, allowing for a headstone and future burials
(up to 6 sets of ashes per grave).
3. Keep them at home in a special urn or memorial.
4. Scatter them in a meaningful location.
5. Bury or scatter them on an existing family grave (up to 6 sets of ashes per grave).

You can arrange your own catering or ask us to book a venue. We can also provide outside catering and staff at your home or chosen venue.

If ashes have been buried, a headstone can be placed immediately. For earth graves, it typically takes six months for the ground to settle enough to support a headstone. If the grave is bricked or a Raft plot, the headstone can be placed sooner.

If a headstone needs to be removed for a burial service, we can arrange this with a stone mason.
